Our Mission.
The mission of the Kilar Foundation is to provide humanitarian efforts by helping local schools, churches, law enforcement, and charities within our community. We are passionate about the work we do at Kilar Fabrication, and we hope to inspire the youth today to pursue a higher education in the manufacturing sector with our Kilar Scholarship Fund awarded to graduating seniors. Our Story.
The Kilar Family has been dedicated to manufacturing and serving the community for over 30 years. The team at Kilar puts God first, views all employees as close family, and is passionate about giving back to the community. The Kilar family has created the Kilar Foundation, Kilar Scholarship Fund, and Kommunity 4 Kids. The Kommunity 4 Kids (est. 2012) provides every first grade child in the community a three-season coat embroidered with their school's logo, but most importantly, it creates an opportunity for respected members of our community to interact personally with each child and to model compassion and kindness. We encourage everyone to give back to others in any way possible. |

The Kilar Foundation, Kilar Scholarship, and Kommunity 4 Kids are affiliated with the Community Foundation of Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio, which is a 501© (3) non-profit organization that specializes in philanthropic leadership for local community organizations.
